AFTERWATER is inspired by G.E. Hutchinson, the founder of limnology, the study of lakes, and itself attempts to be as fluid as water: a film that invites audiences not just to watch, but also to dive in and become submerged; the critique of reason thus doesn’t remain pure theory.
